The largest platform for finding commercial agents and for distribution
As early as 2001, INCREON went live with the Internet platform www.handelsvertreter.de. Since then, INCREON has operated the platform independently on behalf of the Federal Association of German Associations for Commercial Agencies and Distribution, or, in German, CDH (Centralvereinigung Deutscher Wirtschaftsverbände für Handelsvermittlung und Vertrieb). INCREON continues to further develop the platform on its own.
Our especially deep and broad know-how concerning web and digitalization, along with the technology and the processes behind them, are based on our many years of experience with this platform. It has developed into the largest of its kind in the past years. More than 2.5 million page views per year and hundreds of advertisements for commercial agents prove this. In summer 2010, the international umbrella association of associations of commercial agents, IUCAB, decided to support this platform. The platform handelsvertreter.de was expanded. Placing advertisements internationally is currently possible for Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovenia, Spain, USA/Canada, and Cyprus. The involvement of more countries is currently underway.
The decisive success factor for the targeted mediation of independent manufacturers’ and commercial agents is, for manufacturers, the following: By placing an advertisement (offer) for a representation, a manufacturer at once reaches several thousand commercial agents and commercial agencies, industry representatives, trade agencies, commercial brokers, authorized dealers, sales engineers, and merchandisers. All of the commercial agents registered in the commercial agent directory are automatically informed of new representation offers by email and a suitable qualification according to industry sector. The platform is one of a kind. It is an example of how INCREON, from a small digital idea, systematically created a profitable business for all.
